Earthbound Hotels, Lodges and Spas is a South African company specialising in the management & marketing of 4 & 5 star hotels, lodges & spas throughout Southern Africa. Working together with private owners as well as investor owners of smaller boutique hotels, guesthouses and lodges, Earthbound has found a niche market which has proven to be a sought after accommodation & conference preference for both the business & leisure traveller.

Our philosophy is to ensure guests have memorable experiences with comfort, great service, good food and value for money as the cornerstones.

We have a highly qualified and experienced operation & marketing team ensuring owners and investors get their required Return on Investment  through an optimum accommodation offering delivered to guests and that service level standards are constantly maintained. We accomplish this through using tried and tested yet custom fit operating & marketing procedures for each property.

Our areas of expertise includes the following:

Marketing - Our marketing team is responsible for brand management & marketing strategies covering all areas including on-site brand & marketing strategies, internet, printed  media and above the line marketing.

Sales - Our Sales Team services all relevant markets including corporates, MICE, inbound markets and leisure through all relevant distribution channels. Linked to this is our Central Reservations office where constant yield management takes place to ensure the demand in the industry and consumer fields are met.

Operations Management - The Operations team focuses on ensuring all guests are return guests and to ensure the bottom line keeps the owners and stakeholders satisfied.
